Hey,
welcome to automation-templates.eu — glad you're here.
Every Sunday you'll get a concrete look at automated content pipelines. No theory, no motivation fluff — just the stack, the tools and the learnings from real workflows.
Let's start with what's live right now.
The stack behind 7 automatic Pinterest posts per week
Seven pins per week, six niches, zero manual effort after setup. Here's how it works:
1. Pull topic from Google Sheet An n8n workflow reads weekly from a Google Sheet — 50 topics per niche (Food, Fashion, Home, Travel, Beauty, AI Automation). Status flips from pending to done after posting.
2. Claude generates the content Prompt goes out, Claude returns title, description, hashtags and an image prompt.
3. Leonardo generates the image The image prompt goes to the Leonardo API. 1024×1536px, optimized for Pinterest aspect ratio.
4. Placid builds the pin Placid takes image + text and renders the finished pin layout — branding, font, CTA included. No Canva, no manual design.
5. Upload-Post publishes to Pinterest Done. Pin is live, board is filled, no tab opened.
What it costs (monthly, realistic)
n8n Community (self-hosted): free
Hostinger VPS: ~€10/mo
Anthropic API (Claude): ~€5–15/mo
Leonardo API: ~€9/mo
Placid: from $17/mo
Upload-Post: from €19/mo
Total: ~€60–70/mo
For 7 posts/week across 6 niches — without a single hour of work after setup.
The Food template is now available
The complete workflow for the food niche is available as a ready-to-import n8n JSON — including Claude prompt, Placid template and 30 starter topics.
Import takes under an hour. Add API keys, done.
Tool of the week: Turbotic
Don't want to build workflows manually? Turbotic lets you create automations by simply describing what you want in plain text — no nodes, no configuration. Good starting point before moving to n8n for more complex pipelines.
Until next Sunday, Axel
